        Bill and his wife, Jackie, were both born in the same hospital. They happened to go to the same exact schools later on, and continually were in the same classes with each other since elementary school. They started dating in the tenth grade, and got married in the 11th grade. Soon after they had their first born child, William. After they graduated, they spent 25 years together in the AirForce. They had/have 3 children, William, Angie, and Toby. They are still happily married, for which is now 41 years.
